Fierce Tribal Drums and Hard Progressive Beats best describes a night with Alex Acosta, Mexico's DJ Sensation. In less than one year he has conquered all major American cities in the house music and circuit scene. On top of that, he's constantly playing at the most demanding cities and hottest venues in his native Mexico.

With over 15 years of experience, he's had the opportunity to headline world renowned events such as San Francisco Gay Pride (2010), Folsom Street Fair (2010 & 2011) ' making him the first Mexican DJ to perform at the main dance area of this major event - , Vallarta Fever (2009, 2010 & 2011) as well as Mexico's Guadalajara Pride, Acapulco's FINC, DJs World Music Conference (MEX), among others. Also, in 2011 Alex becomes the first Mexican DJ to play at one of NYC's Iconic Parties: WORK! (Produced by Peter Rauhofer & Star69 Records) ' kicking off NYC Pride 2011 Celebrations by playing at one of the WORK! Events programmed for that weekend.

Kicking off 2012, Alex was one of the headliner of Mexico's first LGBT Music Festival : Arena (in Mexico's Caribbean Playa del Carmen), playing at the Mexican Edition of Matinée. Also, in april, Alex will be the first Mexican DJ to headline the 2012 Edition of Thailand's Song Kran (Asia's Biggest Gay Circuit Event).

Alex Acosta's music has become a favorite of major DJs around the world, who are continuously playing his very unique, uplifting, energetic and peak hour productions. Recognition which has lead him to have chart topping tracks on Beatport.com, Perfectbeat.com and [the no longer existing] Masterbeat.com. This has allowed him to be commissioned to remix for International dance music superstars & Billboard Recording Artists Kristine W. Jenn Cuneta, among others.

Arrancando el 2012, Alex fue uno de los DJs estelares en el primer primer festival de musica LGBT: Arena en Playa del Carmen (Mexico), tocando en Matinee Riviera Maya junto a Javier Medina. A su vez, en Abril, Alex tendrá su Debut en el Continente Asiático (entrando por la puerta grande) siendo DJ estelar en el evento más grande producido en Asia para la comunidad LGBT: Song Kran 6 (en Bangkok, Tailandia),siendo el el Primer DJ Mexicano en tocar y ser parte de este evento de reconocimiento mundial.

La Música de Alex Acosta se ha convertido en la favorita de muchos DJs a nivel mundial, quienes están tocando constantemente sus producciones únicas, energéticas y muy peak hour. Ese reconocimiento le ha permitido posicionarse en 1º lugar en ventas en diferentes tiendas de venta de música online: Perfectbeat.com, Masterbeat.com y Beatport.com.A su vez esto le permitió trabajar con estrellas mundialmente reconocidas dentro del genero House/Dance como Kristine W y Jenn Cunneta.
