Eugenius Neutron

Eugenius Neutron is purely a true artist at his craft. From someone whos first CD was actually recording on a karaoke machine, Eugenius is now a jack of all trades and a master of some as well. Even outside the domain of rap, he can still hold his own with any audience. From the beginning, he has always been humble, but the humbleness disappears completely when on stage. What can you expect from some whos been performing since the age of nine? It began with a dominant presence in Birminghams high school music scene and opening for locals artist such as M.P., Birmingham Jay, & Ruben Studdard, onto sharing the stage with major artists including Alabama's own Doe B. Although performance is a big key to an artist success, the name Eugenius is well-deserved when speaking on how clever, sharp, and polished his skill set really is. While in college, Eugenius won numerous freestyle battles including not one, but two back to back freestyle battle-touraments during the BET Black College Tour at Alabama A&M University. We can call it lyrical, but what he does is much more than just lyrical. The content within his music brings light and honesty to social awarness and out of the box thinking for todays youth with while sonically reminding mature audiences of a more nostalgic era when Outkast reigned supreme in not only southern music but culture as a whole. Eugenius also walks the walk as well, in High School he was a voluntary Mentor at JJ's Freedom Center in West End Area of Birmingham until he began college and every year since, he's donated school supplies along with his neighbors in child hood community of Powderly for their Annual "Back To School Block Party". As an artist, mentor, and community activist, it' no surprise that work ethic that drives Eugenius is rare. Hes had his own independent label since the age of 16 that is now known as Loner Dreamer Lover Rebel, LLC. With it, his creation process includes not only music, but graphic design, web design, video production, songwriting, duplication, marketing, and executive production for an average of at least 5 projects a year, Eugenius embodies the model of the independent artist for todays music industry.
