Residing in Great Mills,Maryland, Mixtape Kid has formed a following through his Facebook/Twitter. Providing a mixture of hip hop/rap,Mixtape Kid is a breathe of fresh air.
Mixtape Kid was born into a Navy family in San Diego,California on July 9th 1991.His family was orginally from Eastern Africa, Uganda.Always being surrounded by music by his father and sister, Mixtape Kidgrew a passion for music. Always being stationed to different parts of the world, Mixtape Kid never grew up in one (link hidden) 2003,50-Cent's Get Rich Or Die Trying inspired Mixtape Kid to start writing songs. Studying several rappers like 2-pac,G-Unit, Westside Connection and many more Mixtape Kid started writing songs. While living in Cairo,Egypt Mixtape Kid started rapping his songs infront of his peers and friends. After recieving positive feedback,Mixtape Kid was determined to return to the states as a rapper.
After receiving more than 60,000 downloads, Mixtape Kid is ready to take his career to the next level.
