Bent Self is currently booking his North American/Canadian tour, writing his third album, contributing to multi-genre collaborations and tirelessly promoting his unique catalog of sound.

Bent Self is the musical representation of Dustyn Marsing. This is his platform for consistently pushing musical boundaries with his unique, alternative, electronic sound. Bent Self’s aggressive but melodic vocals intertwine with dark undertones, hypnotic ambiance and dynamic poetic lyricism. Bent Self guides his audience through a whirlwind of emotion, across a multitude of musical genres. Bent Self released two full length albums and two self-produced music videos under his independent label, Blind Alien Records. The debut album, Double Edge Sword Cut#1 (May 2010) includes single and music video “Kill Them Slow”. The second album, 7th Riot on Opal Skies, (May 2012) includes single and music video “Liquid Concrete”, inspired by professional skateboarder Trey Wood, who is also featured in the music video. Bent Self promoted his albums and played live shows at local & regional venues. This allowed him to share the stage with a variety of national alternative, metal, and hip hop acts such as Authority Zero, Digital Summer, Vayden, Dilated Peoples, Living Legends, Bash Bros, Moodie Black, Clandestine II and many others.

Dustyn Marsing (born Dustyn Gene Marsing; October 12, 1980) is an American singer/songwriter. Dustyn was born and raised in Albuquerque NM then relocated to Phoenix In 2000. Once settled in Phoenix Dustyn spent time writing and discovering his vocal capabilities alongside his Uncle Mike, an established Guitarist/Songwriter. Dustyn and Mike’s continuous exchange of sounds and ideas laid the foundation for what would later become Dustyn’s career. Dustyn has been in the local and semi national music scene since 2000. A seasoned Musician & Multimedia Specialist, Dustyn has dedicated himself to hand crafting every aspect of his sonic bodies of work. Although an equally difficult and rewarding choice Dustyn’s passion is to remain a true independent/DIY artist.

A.G.’s sound blends raw aggression with melodic beauty. Rock, metal, hip hop, and alternative influences are evident throughout A.G.’s catalog. Dustyn’s dynamic stage performance, unique vocals, and identifiable lyrical content have all been instrumental to this band’s popularity.
