Bio
Blue Vervain is an indie mood rock band from Northern New Jersey. The band was started by lead vocalist and songwriter Jon Khan in the summer of 2018 as a solo project. Soon after, Blue Vervain added bassist James Pawson, keyboardist Nikki Marroccoli, and drummer Ori Yekutiel. The full band officially formed in October of 2018. Blue Vervain is a flower that is used as an alternate remedy for anxiety and depression. One of the main influences behind the band̢۪s name is that the songs would act as an alternate remedy to those struggling with their own mental health. Blue Vervain has just recorded their debut LP Wounds at Strange Weather Studios in Brooklyn, NY to be released in the Spring/Summer of 2019.
