Bio
I go by "Bonds" and I am a rapper /musician representing Davenport, Quad Cities out of Iowa. I give a unique style of music to vibe with blending Rap/ Hip-Hop, Funk and Rock accompanied by dope lyrics with substance, all laced over hard hitting 808s and dynamic synth leads. I'm a everyday person bringing everyday life situations to light in the form of art through music, performances and visuals. Growing up I would travel on the road with my father and watch him and his bands perform growing and gravitating to my own interests in music. I started off playing the drums when i was 6 and later picking up the bass guitar as I became more established in that regards a teenager, but it was playing with my fathers beat machines that grabbed my attention and introduced me into rap.
I think what makes me special or stand out is the spectrum of music that I let influence my music. I never limit myself to just one style and I take everything that I listened to growing up in consideration and incorporate it to form my own sound.
