"CTS and Mountain View High Over 250 Students"

“I want to share a few thoughts about my students’ recent performance with the CTS band.  My symphonic strings from Mountain View High School (Mesa, Arizona) performed with CTS at a concert honoring our veterans and protective services (fire and police).  My students played string backup to four tunes arranged for performance with CTS and had an absolute BLAST.  The music was fun and engaging, and the band members treated the kids with warmth and respect.  CTS interacted with the orchestra on both a personal and professional level giving them a true rock concert experience they will never forget.  Through their love of music and sharing it with the orchestra, CTS drew the students into the performance experience getting them excited and JAZZED for an unforgettable performance.”

"CTS Rocks With Mesquite High School"

“It was such a pleasure working with the CTS band during our "Freedom Rock Experience" student concert.  I was impressed by how well organized and professional they were, and the music parts and scores fit perfectly into the show.  Thank you Jeff, Jerry, and the whole CTS band for a wonderful and meaningful experience for our school orchestra program.  I would highly recommend this student concert series to any music educator looking for that ‘extra special opportunity’ for their music program!”

"Students Rock With CTS"

“The CTS Freedom Rock Experience student concert series was an engaging and unique opportunity for our students and faculty. Students were provided with a fun & exciting experience that brought music to life for them. They had a fantastic time playing original CTS music and working with professional musicians. What an experience to see a professional concert from the background, guided by such awesome role models. The CTS band members were real and showed passion in what they do! Band members were easy to work with and very flexible - keeping the primary goal of providing a great experience for our students at the forefront!  Not only did CTS provide a memorable performance with our students, they conveyed very positive and age appropriate messages throughout the show. Thank you CTS for such a great program for our students and music department!”

"Rocking With CTS"

I recently had the pleasure of joining CTS on stage at two events.  The first was a concert at Valencia High School presented by American Soldier Network with the Yorba Linda and Esperanza High School Orchestras.  I was amazed at the skill and passion with which the young musicians played!  Hearing all those violins, cellos and basses rocking out with the band was like nothing I'd experienced before.  Then to take that same performance and put it on the main stage at the NAMM trade show in Anaheim was something I'll never forget.  The smiles on the students’ faces were contagious.  They played just as hard as the CTS boys and the crowd responded in kind.

Jeff Senour & CTS are doing a wonderful thing bringing their love of music and sharing it with younger musicians around the country.  All the parents I spoke with after each show expressed a renewed enthusiasm for his or her child's interest in music.  If I learned anything growing up, and now as a father myself, an engaged parent means a happier child. Next time CTS comes around, I hope they'll invite me to jam with them again.”

"CTS Does It Again"

The best family friendly music money can buy. There are some bands that have a certain unique sound. Bands like U-2, ZZ Top, Eagles all had that certain edgy quality. Now you can add CTS to that select group of rockers. The only difference between those other bands and CTS is that CTS has remained undiscovered by the rest of the world. This is high octane enjoyment.
Their live performances are even more magical and enthralling but one has to wonder how that could be possible. This is a rock band that refuses to play anything vulgar or suggestive and all their material is family rated. They are patriotic and community minded, yet they are so creatively wild and edgy. The songwriting of frontman Jeff Senour is one of a kind and the talent in the band makes it shine. They are a special talented group of men, the kind that comes around only a couple of times each decade if we are lucky. - Bill McDonald - Producer MWSA

Bio

Singer / Songwriter, Jeff Senour started performing in rock bands since high school and hasn't stopped since. His songwriting talents didn't emerge until later when he says his life experiences became the palate for true songwriting. Jeff formed the band CTS 6 years ago and since then the band has performed in front of thousands of people in hundreds of different venues. Drummer, Joe McGinnity has performed in numerous bands his whole life and had almost given up performing until he and Jeff met up. Joe says the music Jeff wrote was exactly what he had looked for over the years and just never found it.

The band's rise to popularity has just in the last year taken off, performing at larger venues. They performed recently for over 2,000 widows and children of Snowball Express in Anaheim and Dallas. These are all families who have lost a loved one in the war. The band is scheduled to perform at the Huntington Beach July 4th parade, Yountville Veteran Home at Lincoln Theater and other larger venues. They are headlining the Murray Grey Foundation, Westgate event in April honoring our Veterans and performing at Camp Pendelton Marine Base in September. The band also just received approval to go on a USO tour overseas from Armed Forces Entertainment. They were also just named official band of the Honor Run, benefiting the Fisher House charity. Their original song, "Snowball Express" is the official song of the Snowball Express charity honoring our families who have lost a loved one in Military service. Proceeds from "Snowball Express" on iTunes, Amazon and CDBaby are being donated to the charity.

Jeff's song "Quarter Mile" is featured for B.R.A.K.E.S. charity. Top Fuel Drag race driver Doug Herbert, lost two sons in a car accident in 2008 and started B.R.A.K.E.S. driving schools to teach teens around the country about safe driving. Proceeds from "Quarter Mile" on downloads go to this charity to help salve teenage lives.

CTS is also partnered with Lion's Club International and American Fallen Warrior Memorial in a concert series to bring high school orchestras to their stage to inspire our youth through music.

Jeff has been on numerous radio interviews about his music and scheduled for more soon. The band has won several awards for their songwriting and dedication to honoring our American Heroes.

The band's most recent endeavor is a multi-media rock concert called, "Freedom Rock Experience" honoring the "Real American Hero". The show will be around various cities throughout the US in 2011 collaborating with high school orchestras performing CTS music at the "Freedom Rock Experience" concerts.
