Last Sunday was one of the most intense and epic musical experiences of my life. Yesterday was a pretty exciting day of festivals! PLOTZ! burned up the Camarillo Arts and Jazz Festival in the afternoon and Killsonic brought musical mayhem to the Glow Festival at the Santa Monica Pier. Last Thursday Night, I had the distinct honor of sharing the stage with a truly legendary musician. This past Monday and Tuesday we spent tracking for Robby Marshall’s RootSystem recording. This album is going to be amazing! The band plays music inspired by and arranged from the traditional music of a variety of cultures from around the world.
