When you take four guys with many different influences, styles and throw them together, you get the band that is Dispute to Flames.
With ear shattering drum work, bluesy bass lines, chugging guitar riffs and a scream that will tear your face off, Dispute to Flames have accomplished a lot since its birth in October of 2004.
Dispute to Flames consists of front man Andrew Padilla, drummer Nick Repice, bassist John DiMeglio, guitarist Chris Ecochard. From Bergen County, DTF throws in all elements of music to create a sound like no other Metal band.
DTF cannot be lumped into one particular genre. Every song has a different entity and feel. Comprised with variations of metal, punk and straight up rock and roll, and live shows filled with great energy and power.
DTF has an impressive list of venues and acts that they have shared the stage with. Having had the opportunity to play at CBGB not once but twice before their eviction, playing there was a huge step for them. Also playing multiple shows at Starland Ballroom opening for Eddie Ojeda of Twisted Sister, the amazing Pink Floyd Tribute-THE MACHINE, and Clutch.
Their pinnacle moment was scoring two dates as the only unsigned band on the Sounds of the Underground Tour at Starland and Electric Factory in Philadelphia.
They are just four regular guys who love music, love being on stage and showing people what they got!
