DJ NattyHeavy

Nate Lopes is known to most as Tropix International Sounds DJ Natty Heavy.  The party DJ and producer hails from Providence, Rhode Island and now resides in Charleston, SC.

When NattyHeavy is not on the one and twos he is working with Charleston’s #1 rated morning show Da Breakfuss Club on Z93 Jamz as a producer.  On top of performing at the hottest bars and clubs in Charleston, SC and New England, he is also a Mix Show DJ on Z93 Jamz and Magic 107.3.

NattyHeavy started spinning professionally when he was just 13 years old and hasn’t looked back.  He has experience with every type of party and event and his library boasts over 34,000 songs so he will have any type of music that you need. He blends, mixes, remixes and scratches LIVE(RARE) so his set changes every night!  He doesn’t mind hyping up a crowd on the mic and his energy comes from the people who have a love for music!
