"Feudale Has Put The Rock Music On Their Backs"

A band like Feudale, gives us hope that real Rock is still alive. The three brothers from Matawan, NJ. Bryan, David, and Michael have been making great music from quite some time now.

The versatile band of brothers is influenced by great names such as Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, The Allman Brothers and more. The "hard-rocking, blues-inspired band, with a twist of alternative flare" trio, started doing music as a hobby. They've turned a passion for songwriting, recording, and playing live shows into a full-time gig. With songs like "Gasoline Alley" and "It's Not Easy", it's safe to say they've made the right decision, to go after the mainstream world.

With raw, hard-hitting drums, combined with a lead guitar and bass, the brothers have found their sound. Combined with the intense vocals of the brothers, more promoters are paying attention. Bookings are becoming easier and easier, for the guys who rather play live events, than record music. It's not surprising because they're musicians at heart first. With that mentality, they're creating some of their best work to date... And that's saying a lot with the music they've already released.

With a devoted fan following through their live shows and releasing music on digital platforms, they should be a worldwide household name within two years. Maybe sooner... Rock has gone through many periods, good and bad. Feudale is ready to usher in another good period. No different than groups like Nirvana did when a change for the better was needed. Right now, Feudale is that change. Thank goodness, they are definitely needed... - Angry Kids 24-7 Radio

"The World According To Wawrzyniak"

This group made up of three siblings from Matawan, New Jersey kicks ass and takes names in a winningly dynamic and exciting manner. Ripping and roaring through ten songs worth of pure nitro-fueled rock'n'roll, these guys deliver a thrilling surplus of passionate shouted vocals and tasty fat hooks. The arrangements are quite tight and lively, with fierce hacksaw guitars, churning basslines, and savage jackhammer drums creating a tremendous surging sound that shakes and rattles with utmost hard-stomping ferocity. In short, this is the sort of album you play super loud while constantly pumping your fist in the air. Accolades don't come much better than that. - The Jersey Beat

"North Jersey Notes: Feudale Brothers Band"

FEUDALE BROTHERS BAND—Matawan, NJ

Another great music submission from TheAquarian.com site has come across my desk. This week the name of the band is Feudale Brothers Band. When I opened up their Dropbox link to give their music a listen, the first three tracks, “Green Envy,” “Nothing To Hide,” and “Walking Away” off of their self-titled CD really hooked me in. The songs had this Velvet Revolver feel to them and who doesn’t love Velvet Revolver? The best part about this band is that three brothers comprise trio. So, you know that there can never be a band break-up unless there’s a “feud” within the Feudale Brothers Band.

A “New Year” is a time of rebirth for most people, and the “New Year” was no different for the band formerly known as Mystic Haze. Earlier this year, Mystic Haze reemerged as the Feudale Brothers Band, and they also released their self-titled debut CD. According to their bio, the band, who made their bones along the Jersey Shore, was extremely excited to deliver their new labor of love, which showcased their evolution as a band, as songwriters, as performers, and growth as artists. The Feudale Brothers have been rocking the Jersey Shore with their edgy mix of rock and blues, as Mystic Haze, since forming back in 2005. The band’s musical influences range from The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix to artists like Alice In Chains and David Bowie. They’ve even performed at some of the best venues in the Tri-State Area including The Stone Pony, the Wonder Bar, The Saint, the Court Tavern, Starland Ballroom, Mexicali Live and the Knitting Factory. The band of brothers is led by singer and guitarist Bryan Feudale, singer and bassist David Feudale, and drummer Michael Feudale.

With 2016 coming to a quick close, I, personally, would like to hear more from the Feudale Brothers Band in 2017. I like their sound and their music has a great feel to it. Their debut self-titled CD is definitely something you might want to consider dialing up on Spotify or by checking the band out online at FeudaleBrothersBand.com. If you like the grooves and the soul of bands like Velvet Revolver and Stone Temple Pilots, then you will like these brothers. Yeah, I know I just referenced two Scott Weiland bands, but maybe one of the brothers should have auditioned for STP? Just a thought. I mean, it’s a little too late now, but vocally, it might have been a perfect fit. - The Aquarian Weekly

"Feudale Brothers Band - LP"

The Feudale Brothers Band, formerly Mystic Haze (longtime TLR readers should remember them both from reviews and on TLR! Radio), have dropped a pretty sweet LP here, ten songs that run the gamut genres while never being tied to down to singular sound. That is a compliment, each song has a hard rock foundation but grows fast from that starting point. Alternative and blues rock also find foundation positions in several songs, once again not in a tied down or concrete fashion; the band continually playing to its strength of chameleonism in blending genres within their sound and making it all their own. The New Jersey based quartet's harder songs catch my ear a little more than their softer songs, but when is that not the case with this reviewer?

The Feudale Brothers Band is very solid in their musicianship, each member is solid in their performance with a clear group confidence in their playing. Compositions are solid as well, each has a touch of garage band lo-fi to their mix and I like that. On the whole, the album's pacing flows very well, some classic punk tone to vibe and flow adding to the mix if genres and genre influence on the band's sound. The guys have definitely evolved not only in instrument and performance skill but also songwriting since their days as Mystic Haze, and I really liked their stuff then. With the right opportunities and a lot of pounding the pavement to further earn their dues, The Feudale Brothers Band could go wherever they want to in the industry; keep an eye and both ears on them!
