Hi everybody:

I've been missing for about 2 weeks, I know! Besides being my birthday a week ago, I travelled back to Orlando. How sad... but anyway, I will be back very soon (in September!).

Last week I've been recovering from the jet lag and trying to come back to my normal schedule, little by little, while some kids end the school year I go back to work! LOL! Recordings have been stopped for now, we've been doing more administrative stuff (my voice has to recover as well!), but tomorrow we're back to  the studio.

If you're in the US, you can already get a copy of the Jeff Lorber Fusion record, Now Is The Time, on iTunes, Amazon or even if you walk around your nearest F.Y.E.. For those in Europe, the official release date is June 18th.

Thanks to this collaboration I've gotten a lot of press, and, to my surprise, I've been included at the Billboard magazine website. Click here to see it. It's important that you guys register there (you can do it by Facebook as well)  and leave your comments, you can also vote for your favorite song (clicking on the little heart besides each song).

Last but not least, I'm really excited to announce that I'll be in Barcelona next September 24th for a good cause. I've been invited to collaborate in a benefit concert called Proyecto Ayúdales (something like "Help Them Project") that will be dedicated to collect money for two non-profit organizations: Fundación Dr. Ramón Vilallonga & Vivir Desenfocados. I don't have anymore news about for now, but I'll make sure to keep you updated about it. I love to be able to help other people.
