Hiiiii guys!

I'm so happy to tell you that I'm in Barcelona, it's been a while since I last wrote you, but I've been really busy getting ready for this tour!! Today is my last day of "relax", since tomorrow I'm gong to Madrid to start this tour. On Sunday we'll have our musicians fly in from US & UK to play with us, and Monday & Tuesday rehearsals, to make it count on Wednesday, our first gig in Madrid, at Sala Galileo Galilei, it is amazing the promotion they are putting behind it, my name is everywhere!!

Also, on Sunday the 26th we are gonna be in my hometown, BARCELONA!!! And I'm so excited, because I really cannot wait to show my people the Metamorphosis tour!! Plus, I'm gonna have my very good friends Marta Fabregat & Nuria Malapeira helping me with some BVs! This show is being promoted even more at Jamboree's website, being one of the recommended shows of the month. I'm happy because years ago I dreamt about the moment of playing in this place, where big jazz artists like Ella Fitzgerald or Chet Baker have played before, so I am so honored that they booked me there and it's gonna be a full house for sure!! :D

I gotta tell you how my Chicago Show went, it was awesome, even though the weather was  kinda bad by the end of the day, there were still people jamming at the Union Park. I had the opportunity to meet Leela James and it was really awesome, because she took a picture with me and signed my CD (I'm sorry, I'm still a big fan, doesn't matter my artist status, LOL). What an honor to perform in the same stage than such a great performer, she is now in Europe like me!! She told me that she had never been in Spain, and I said I'd help her to get there, and she said: "Yeah, we should sing together the next time!!" and I was like "OMG!!". Her band is amazing as well, very cool guys!! You can check the pictures on my Facebook & I'm planning on having them on my myspace.
