Shining very bright, and literally coming from the bottom of the map by way of Panama City, Fla lies a young musical genious with the name J-CooL. With that being mentioned there are many ways to describe J-CooL and his music, so one can refer to him as photogenic & electric. His choice of words & delivery over his somewhat fast-melow tempo beats is very unique and is pretty much undefined basically.
