"Dream Girl: Just Snazz"

I want something to be known. I’m not a supporter of Yung Snazz name change to Just Snazz. And because she’s cool I can voice my opinion without worrying about a diss track being made in the process. . .so the music. Snazz has dropped a new joint called Dream Girl in which she’s spitting bars about, well duh, a dream girl. She tells this lovely vixen that before they met she was out here pulling the ladies but never really loved them. Then she comes along and well. . .I can’t tell you or you won’t listen to the song right? The production work is amazing. The deep tones in the music and slight rises are perfect and will catch you if nothing else will. Just Snazz really delivers will and it’s safe to say this is a solid track. So give it a listen and when you meet that girl of your dreams this just might win her over. Ask Snazzy! - King Mary

"Dream Girl"

Detroit’s own lady emcee Just Snazz (formerly known as Yung Snazz) is back with a brand new song produced by 4StarZ’s own Ace Boogie:

‘Dream Girl’ paints a vivid picture of gratitude and deep appreciation of not only the physical attributes of said ‘dream girl,’ but also the inner beauty and essence of who she is. You’re in for a Fall and year round musical treat. – Just Snazz - Motorcity Ragers

Bio

Just Snazz was birthed Jasmine Lyons on a beautiful fall night Monday September 25, 1989. In her hometown of musically renowned Detroit, MI she was raised by her mother but lacked the luxury of her father's presence. This lifestyle of a single parent home emotionally affected Snazz, but like any champion she did not let it determine her success. Rolling through life as a child she grasped onto music early.

During the years that she laid music aside she encountered much loss and loneliness that threw her into a world of depression. Experiencing the death of her grandmother, Snazz felt as if she was alone. With no one to turn to she discovered artists in the likes of Eminem and Jay Z to keep her grounded. Shortly after, she began to embark on writing her feelings through poetry which soon enough evolved into rap.

With this new avenue Snazz wrote on a constant but never considered that anyone would be interested in the content of her music. She never took it serious regardless of free-styling for others on laid back days. One day she made the decision to start making videos of her rapping and posting them on YouTube. In her then dorm room Snazz began recording herself and posting it online. To her appreciation people gave incredible and supportive response as well as feedback. She began officially recording in 2008. With her popular tracks "Benzo" and "I Get It" she began to sow her name into the city. Though she went on a short hiatus she came back with her creative, personal, yet dark EP '' Monochromatic." Currently Snazz is blazing her own trail and going full throttle at the dream she began chasing. Her story in truth is just beginning.
