Meditated Assault

Meditated Assault is four guys that came together from different scenes in Bakersfield Ca. Though coming from different musical backgrounds, they share the love for 90's Alt Rock i.e.; Soundgarden, Alice n Chains, and Pearl Jam.

Early Nov, Meditated Assault shared the stage with Gilby Clarke of Guns and Roses, the stage was the Whisky a go-go.

We have also recently shared the stage with such acts as;
Powerman 5000, Unwritten Law, Howlin' Rain, Suicidal Tendencies, Black Tusk, Hed Pe, Metalachi, Pierce the Veil, Adema, and Dredg. On Nov 28th Meditated Assault opened for Kill Devil Hill, a band comprised of two of rock and metals legends, Rex Brown of Pantera and Down, and Vinny Appice of Dio, Heaven and Hell, and Black Sabbath.

Meditated Assault has a steady calendar of shows, at least once a week booking into April now and working our calendar regularly.

The band is currently wrapping up a self produced(with the help of engineer Medka Thompson) EP out Nov. The EP will feature fan favorites The Struggle Within, Mind's Eye, and The Slow Grind.

Meditated Assault will also start recording their first full length album early 2013.
