Mojo and the Helper Monkeys is a 4-piece band featuring lead and rhythm guitars, banjo and the upright bass.The band plays covers of songs from the 1950s through today - all with a bit of a bluegrass/rockabilly feel. Sometimes they sound so different, you might almost think they were original! Mojo and the Helper Monkeys has been together 13 years - about 5 times the average Hollywood marriage. The band plays regularly at venues in and on the outskirts of Philadelphia such as Naked Brewing Company, Cedar Hollow Inn, the Jamison Pour House, as well as many community outdoor events in the summer and the occasional Reading Phillies post-game show.
