Every year, Music Connection Magazine publishes their list of the “Hot 100 Artists” to watch for the upcoming year, and we’re very proud to announce that this year, Nick made the list!

In June of this year, Music Connection moved from a Southern California-based periodical to a nationally-distributed magazine, which made this year’s list more competitive than ever.

According to MC:

Though our expansion has forced us to exclude some very talented performers, we’re excited about the artistic quality that this list represents. Those involved in determining the results of our 2008 poll included not only Music Connection staff members, but journalists, club bookers, publicists and other industry professionals from across the nation.

We’re all tremendously honored by this award, and we’re even more excited for 2009 and the coming CD release (shooting for Valentine’s Day). Please stay tuned!
