Coming out of Davenport, Iowa, Novet began writing music at the age of 10 after being inspired to do so by his father who used to write music when he was younger. He fell in love with hip hop music and its culture. His musical inspirations include Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Tupac, Kanye West, and Eminem. He looks up to these individuals musically as they have reached what he believes to be the ultimate heights of impact, innovation, polarization, and originality. Novet strives to be as impactful as his inspirations to hopefully inspire the next generation of musical talent the in same way they did for him.
