Harrisburg, PA April 6, 2011 - Pan.a.ce.a's latest single, "Too Little Too Late," is landing at Active Rock radio this week. It's the lead-off track from the band's We the Broken album, but the version radio is receiving has all-new guitars, a fresh mix and was mastered at NYC's renowned Masterdisk Studios. The official add date is 4/26/11.

Aaron Fink of Breaking Benjamin and Bret Alexander of The Badlees co-produced the new single as well as the previous radio track, the album's title cut, "We the Broken." That song has done very well on satellite & Internet radio, along with some terrestrial stations in the mid-Atlantic region. One individual discovered the song on Pandora, posted it on YouTube with a static picture of the band and it received over 10,000 views plus dozens of very positive comments, all from people who were previously unaware of the band.

"Hold On" is another tune resonating with fans, but it's the acoustic version from the Bare Bones EP that will be featured on local radio this week. WFYY Y106.5 in Selinsgrove, PA is holding a Radiothon for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital on Thursday and Friday (April 7 & 8). Program Director Tom Morgan chose "Hold On" to be featured as a "story song" using an interview he did with Bloomsburg teenager Carissa Barrett who is currently receiving treatment at St. Jude's. It will be played multiple times during the Radiothon, but it's available right now for you to stream by clicking here.

Fans of Pan.a.ce.a are familiar with the band's version of U2's "All I Want Is You," which is also on Bare Bones (a live version is on YouTube). Lead singer Tim Farley has sung on another U2 composition, "Walk On," as part of a collaboration for the final Concert For A Cause (CFC) benefit CD. Alan Stout of The Weekender founded and organizes the CFC shows and CD's - you can read his blog about recording "Walk On" at TheWeekender.com and hear the song on YouTube.

Pan.a.ce.a is taking a break from their normally heavy touring schedule to concentrate on writing new material. Only a few shows close to home are planned for the next couple months, and then they will concentrate on festival appearances throughout the summer. This also gives the band members time to play a lot of fun, side-project gigs. Check out the Facebook events page to see the complete schedule for April.

We are also helping some friends with summertime (and college) bookings:

  • Into The Spin - Jeremy Hummel's (X-Breaking Benjamin) new funk/rock/party band.
  • Emily Yanek - Young singer/songwriter who puts a refreshing take on a nostalgic sound.

Contact Terry Selders or Megan Escobar at Susquehanna Entertainment for more information on booking Pan.a.ce.a, Into The Spin and Emily Yanek.

And finally, a couple events to tell you about: On Wednesday, April 27th, the final Concert For A Cause benefit show will be held at The Woodlands in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Pan.a.ce.a will be performing and Susquehanna Entertainment will be in attendance to show their support. Over the years, these concerts and accompanying CD's have raised over $192,000 for various charities. More info is on Facebook, including the TV commercial. Then the following weekend, our own Terry Selders will be participating in the Lehigh Valley Music Conference (LVMC). This event takes place May 5, 6 & 7 in the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area of PA. Their website is communitylvmc.org.
