w/ Since October

This Sunday in State College, PA

Live Streaming Event Rescheduled

Harrisburg, PA August 27, 2010 - Radio station 105.9/106.9 QWiK Rock will be hosting a "Rock the Block" party in downtown State College, PA this Sunday August 29th from 12noon to 6:30pm.  Pan.a.ce.a performs just before the headliner, Since October, at 3pm.  The live streaming event that the band originally scheduled for this date (see last week's press release) has been moved to October 3rd.

The stage for Rock the Block will be located on Heister Street at College Avenue, next to Penn State University's main campus.  This free event is a welcome back party for the students (open to everyone) sponsored by the Student Bookstore and The Saloon.

Starting off the afternoon will be Mindspine and Zelazowa, followed by Pan.a.ce.a and then Since October at 5pm.  "Too Little Too Late" by Pan.a.ce.a is currently in rotation at QWiK Rock.  It's the first track on the band's We the Broken album and was produced by Bret Alexander of The Badlees and Aaron Fink of Breaking Benjamin. The title cut, "We the Broken," goes to rock radio nationwide next month. Since October's new single, "The Way You Move" (Tooth & Nail Records), is currently #23 on Billboard's Active Rock chart. Another track, "The Show," is an official theme song of WrestleMania.

The new QWiK Rock was launched by Magnum Broadcasting last Fall and has been dominant in the ratings ever since. The station is committed to bringing more live rock to Happy Valley by working with local clubs and presenting events such as Rock the Block.

Next up for Pan.a.ce.a will be headlining the WZXR Birthday Bash on 9/3 (Williamsport, PA). Also in September, they open for Fuel on the 9th (Lancaster, PA) and The Badlees on the 25th (Hershey, PA). A new acoustic EP, Bare Bones, is due out on the 21st.

Pan.a.ce.a is managed by Terry Selders of Susquehanna Entertainment and Larry Mazer of Entertainment Services. For more information, contact Terry at 717-648-7159 or tls@susent.com. Larry can be reached at 856-751-2223 or entserv@aol.com.
