"Artist Review-Jesus Is Lord Tour"

Letting go, perhaps is the word and visual for Sanctifire.
Letting go of what they are familiar with and to step out
into a new thing, a fresh thing.

This new thing allows the ministry to individually and collectively
interact with the audience on a personal and collective manner.

From an opening prayer, to honest testimonies of God's intervention
in each of the member's lives. Sanctifire remains sensitive
to the promptings of the Holy Spirit to share the life changing, life saving message of the gospel to those with ears to hear.

Discography

Kenosis, Released 2/18/12.

“Kenosis” by Sanctifire, celebrates 8 songs of faith, worship and a closer relationship with a God who loves us. The songs will challenge you, and lift your spirit along with your heart. This is the debut CD from Sanctifire, a Christian band from Chelmsford, MA featuring Deidre Stahl, Steve DiDomenico, Harry Nelson, and Paul Machado.

The songs are dynamic and energetic, featuring raw musical textures complimented by both soaring and gritty vocals. “Beautiful Promise”, features tender yet powerful vocals and U2 like guitar work. The rock groove of “Love One Another” & “Sing, Shout, Follow” takes cues from Third Day. The aggressive rhythms and heavy guitar riff from the title track “Kenosis”, which means to empty ones self, is reminiscent of Skillet or Kutless. From the intimate message of “Friend” to the soulful, Black Crowes feel of “Rescued by Your Love”, and the Santana-esque “Give to You”, to the feel good, up-tempo worship rock of “In Your Hands”, the band’s music will excite and inspire you.

From the first track to the last, the band refuses to be defined by any one style. Sanctifire is not afraid to push the envelope of contemporary Christian rock, with an adventurous spirit and a provocative mix of songs.
