Bio
In 1989 Giovanni was born to a family of 5 boys, Giovanni being the youngest. His mom was the daughter of well known Chicago DJ, Frank Cantrell & His dad was an r&b; singer. By the age of 7 Giovanni moved from Chicago to Birmingham, Al where he spent the majority of his childhood in Ensley, learning the in & outs of street culture & overcoming hardships. Having a natural love for music, he began writting lyrics @ the age of 12 & recorded his first song at the age of 15. It was then that he decided what he wanted to do with his life. Realizing the possibilities of a successful music career while living in Alabama, he moved to Atlanta, after 2 yrs of university college @ Alabama State, where he recieved his first major record label offer.
