Modern Rock/Spoken Word Songstress, Shadow carries 6 strings, 76 keys and a couple of sequencers to present poignant poetry, riveting rhythms, uncluttered yet vibrant choruses and melodies dancing up and down a 3 octave range to spew spoken word and song, with a ferocious flair to fan the flames that feed the fire, as a one woman, rock and roll medicine show spreading love from place to place.

In 2017, Shadow launched her photography division, specializing in promotional artist and nature portraits. The Digital O, a photography division is the most recent extension since her daily newspaper, The Digital O, which celebrates its 3 year anniversary in 2018.
In 2017, Shadow's first film short " Oatmeal Raisin" was featured at The International Mobile Film Festival. In 2013, Shadow was invited to become a member of The Singer/Songwriter Sessions at The Bitter End in New York City. In 2012, Shadow completed her latest documentary “Behind The Pastie” A Peep Inside The World of Burlesque, showcasing the world famous Le Scandal Cabaret and Burlesque Theatre Company of NYC.
In 2010, Shadow released ‘8 Steps Forward’ featuring Shadow & Company.
In 2005, Shadow became the first performing artist in New Haven to receive an official street performers permit.
Shadow is an award winning poet, singer, songwriter and artist educator. Shadow received an array of formal musical and artistic training in Connecticut at The Neighborhood Music School, Yale University, The Educational Center for The Arts and the Arts Council of Greater New Haven.
