Bio
Shaping Motion Artists: Ian Carlstrom, Allen Gingerich, Dalton Van Vleck, Matt Higgins. The Sound: We are a group of Prog and metal lovers, influenced by those as old as Rush, Pink Floyd, and Styx, and as new as Periphery, Between the Buried and Me, Monuments, and Animals As Leaders. We enjoy the modern combination of 'Djent' and Prog, which can be heard in our music. Location: Western Illinois; specifically Quincy, IL with some members living in Canton, MO and Kirksville, MO. What Sets Us Apart: Our "write-what-we-like attitude," which is not new. However, it removes the binds of needing to write for someone else which we believe to be the best way to make genuine art that means something to us and will allow us to connect with the correct audience. Background: All members have played in other groups, gigged, recorded, and studied music theory in some way
