SKYFOX ANNOUNCES SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION DEAL THROUGH HOT TOPIC STORES OVER A FIVE STATE REGION

Denver, CO: (August 31, 2010) – Colorado’s most wildly popular pop punk group Skyfox have secured a deal to have their latest CD the Twilight EP distributed over a five state region including Texas, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. This distribution deal involves 22 Hot Topic locations and the demand is expected to be high due to Skyfox’s amazing surge in popularity with the Hot Topic crowd and the ever growing demand for everything Skyfox at their concerts.

The Twilight EP contains the big Colorado hits “Run Away”, “Twilight” and “Punk Rawk Gentleman”. The critically acclaimed Twilight EP was released by Jaret Reddick of Bowling for Soup fame on his label Crappy Records. Crappy Records, despite the humorous name, is dedicated to discovering the next big superstars in the pop punk genre and Skyfox definitely fits those shoes. Packing out show after show, Skyfox has the potential to join the successful ranks of 3OH!3 and The Flobots, who are also from the Centennial State.

Skyfox has participated in several successful in-store Hot Topic concerts all over the Rocky Mountain region this summer including many of the popular “Local Static” events as well as the “SHOPTILYOUROCK” new music showcases which is a Hot Topic fan favorite.
