BAND BIO
Born from a mutual love of music, The Wildfires formed in 2013 after a chance encounter, at a local community college, between musicians Sean Teslar, Linnea Lippart and Tayton Mahone.
The Corsicana, Texas-based band draws its influence from popular Folk/Indie groups and traditional genres, such as Blues, Jazz, Rockabilly, and Roots. The Wildfires are inspired and influenced by bands like Boy and Bear, Arcade Fire, Jack White, Mumford & Sons, Buddy Holly and Bob Dylan.
The band is currently in the process of writing more songs and perfecting singles "Landlocked", "Flood", and "Tunnel Vision", in preparation for studio work and an EP release.
