The Wall Clocks blaze a fresh new trail amidst the predictable sounds of the last few years. Their songwriting and musicianship reflect British rock roots, but their timeless originality makes any comparisons unnecessary. The two time Ambassador Magazine voted “best Detroit band” is a must see.

The contagious live energy of this touring Detroit four-piece has wowed audiences all over the Midwest, where they have headlined shows, and been the supporting band for national headliners such as The Gin Blossoms, The Romantics, The Steepwater Band, etc.

The band was also invited by The Indie Music Channel to perform at the Indie Music Fest 2011 at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, where they performed with bands from all over North America.

The Wall Clocks have worked closely with 93.9 The River Windsor/Detroit, having been invited by them to perform at events such as Royal Oak, MI’s ArtsBeats&Eats Festival, the Detroit Tree Lightning Ceremony, Detroit Tiger’s pre and post-game parties, St. Patrick’s Day parades, parties, and numerous other radio station events. The band has also worked Detroit radio stations such as 88.7 (89X Detroit) and 107.1 Ann Arbor, as well as numerous college radio stations and events. 96.3 WDVD and 93.1 DOUG - FM selected The Wall Clocks to perform on New Years Eve 2010 in Royal Oak, Michigan in front of an audience thousands strong at the Rockin’ the Eve outdoor event.

The debut album from The Wall Clocks, Odds and Beginnings, has been successfully received in the United States, as well as in Europe and Japan. With a seamless mix between edgy rocking numbers, hooky mid-tempos, and artful acoustic and piano driven ballads, every listener can find something to speak to them. But, despite the variety, each and every song sounds uncannily like The Wall Clocks.

The group followed that up with an E.P. entitled “Electric Rain,” which was released to acclaim by fans while the band was busy at work recording their second full length album.
The band is currently in the studio recording their second album, with a slated early 2013 release.

In their body of work, The Wall Clocks showcase their diverse collection of tunes, words, sounds that will remind you why Rock and Roll just might be the answer.
