Happy new year!
I have finished my last concert of Musical Classics. The last venue was a lovely and spacious theatre in Paderborn, Germany. The theatre was packet and the Germans gave a standing ovation. Then I had a lovely -and well-deserved- celebration with my lovely wife at Paderborn's finest 5 star hotel. The Germans seem to know the meaning of the word celebration, as they could be seen carrying bags of fireworks home on the day; In the evening we enjoyed the beautiful display from the roof of the hotel. Every single home firing up cascades of multicoloured rockets and cakes. What a lovely end to a short concert tour. I had the chance to work with lovely talents, including the Hungarian singer/songwriter Éliás Gyula jr. He is a very talented vocalist who -amongst other things- does a wicked Gethsemane. My very best wishes to you Éliás, keep in touch. To everyone, thanks for a good tour. We got through a hectic work schedule and long journeys with dignity and professionalism. Love, Thor |
