"Tigerman Woah plays The Outlaw Roadshow at The Bowery Electric on Saturday 10/25 at 2:30pm."

Tigerman WOAH is a force of nature. The power of their set, the ferocity of their convictions and the soul behind their high energy sets all have served them well. They were the hottest band of the last year in the Boston area - a city that's quietly awash with national-level talent. The band have assembled a loyal following of fans who, like the band, love music, follow politics and drink whiskey. A new album is in the works. My promise? This will be one of the best sets of the weekend right here. -

"Guestlisted w/ Jed Gottlieb: Tigerman WOAH win night one"

"Tigerman WOAH took it.

In a year, the Lynn brotherhood has built awesome momentum. The scene loves them and they love the scene. Ahead of their Boston Calling slot, the guys can do no wrong. Oh, the music: their usual populist punk/folk/garage/swamp madness; wild-eyed and deeply committed." - Boston Herald

"BOSTON CALLING: OBSERVATIONS FROM DAY 3"

"...considering all that, the organizers deserve high marks for actually turning the plaza into an inviting concert ground. Beer in hand, I strolled through the plaza to the stage for the first show of the day: overall-strapped Lynn rockers Tigerman WOAH (they of last week’s music feature and cover) set the bar for the rest of Sunday’s acts with an appropriately awesome performance. “Guess So (Take Me Home)” encompassed pretty much everything they do best — the rugged vocals bristling like coal miner’s lungs, the rambling banjo, the deep thump of Kevin Landry’s stand-up bass rippling through a huge speaker system, the on-point denim game — and that was just their first song. By the time they tore through the gallows stomp of “Columbus Stockade” and “Rat,” they’d done more than enough to send the audience away googling their name (and also “Brandon Darby”). Next time, those new fans will know to bring a flask. - Dig Boston

"Boston's Best 2014"

"This burly, bearded band of free-wheelin’ Americana rockers—who never met a party they didn’t like or a stage they couldn’t own—have been popping up everywhere during the past six months or so, from SXSW (where they made friends with Dave Grohl) to a formidable run in this year’s Rock ’n’ Roll Rumble to an opening slot at May’s Boston Calling. Plus, the Georgia-born, North Shore-bred Tiger men proved that, along with knowing their way around a mean banjo breakdown, they’re cool dudes: After Boston Calling, they joined other local bands for Boston Clawing, a free show devised to keep the music playing for those who didn’t score tix to the festival." - Improper Bostonian
