The 2010 5 on 5 Challenge; New Art for a New Year.

Charlotte, North Carolina – Create Don’t Hate Productions has started the New Year in the same fashion as it closed 2009, Running On All Cylinders! This year the company is off to a quick start with the introduction of an unprecedented amalgamation of talent, who will merge their individual artistic abilities to create a new and original presentation. At this point you may be asking yourself, “So what’s so new with that concept?” What makes this production unique is the presentation is based upon the concept and experience of participating in a “Blind Date.”

The names of five eclectic Visual Artists have been selected to partner with five incredible Performing Artists. None of the participants have worked together prior to this challenge. In keeping with its unorthodox style, Create Don’t Hate Productions has assembled the names of the artist, mixed them up, and paired them into artistic teams to create a new, innovative, and integrated performance pieces. This creative project seeks to unite emerging and established artists of mixed mediums, to produce solely for the Charlotte community, unique works of art from local talent.

The following exceptional artists have been partnered together and will present their work at the listed venues:
