Ayyy, what's up, family?! Sammyd, here. I'm an aspiring Urban Poet/HipHop artist hailing straight from Sidney, Ohio. I have been making music my whole life, whether it be pot and pan bands with my cousins as a kid, various bands in middle school/high school, or the in between where I was writing content but not able to share it with you all, I never stop creating music.
Growing up a black, transgender, man in an America where some would rather see me dead than simply existing, this music is my escape and an attempt at saving those like me, and not like me, through love, honesty and a fresh perspective.
Ultimately, I want to inspire you, I want to remind you that we are all one soul trying to make it in this wild world, and I want to encourage you to see the beauty in yourself and those around you. I hope you will join me on this journey.
