Coldrift are a Canadian rock band from Cornwall, Ontario, who have released one EP. The album, "The Smoke After Sex", was released independently on January 13, 2015. The recording took place, over six months, at Muir Manor with Producer/Engineer Marc Muir (Wizard Amplification), and mastered by Joao Carvalho(Rush, The Tragically Hip, Three Days Grace, etc.).

Formed in 2012, the band consists of lead singer and guitarist Jean Beaulieu, guitarist Marty Verville, bassist Matt Vachon, and drummer Daniel Gadbois. The band is currently unsigned to any label/management company, remaining completely independent.

The band spent most of 2013-2014 writing and rehearsing, while performing one offs, and weekend runs throughout Southern Ontario. 2015 will see the band on tour as much as possible, starting with an Eastern Canadian tour beginning in March, spanning into parts of Quebec and Southern Ontario. Coldrift plans to perform at as many summer festivals as possible in 2015, throughout Canada, and the United States.

On November 22, 2014 a music video was released for the first single, Longtime Coming. The video consists of the band travelling, performing on, and being alongside a 1958 Mercury 100, a vintage 1936 Chriscraft Yacht & 1947 Hacker Craft speedboat. The band was also joined by Jordan Sien and the "Ride the Wake" crew, as well as the "1000 Islands Jet Ski Team". The band has also released a live performance video from a 2014 gig, for a track titled "Heartbreaker", and is set to release another live performance video from a 2015 gig for the track "Let's GO". They will also release at least one more full production video, before recording and releasing their follow up, full length album.
