Deco Hectics is a rock trio formed in Whittier CA by brothers Erik and Jake Nunez, along with longtime friend Mondo Herrera (drummer). The band started off with a raw post punk style of music that gradually evolved into a more melodic alternative sound with latin roots. Deco Hectics have released two EPs (Shelf Life) and (Ghost Stories) along with a small list of singles from their growing catalogue of over 40 original songs. From their Shelf Life EP a music video was made to the song "Rotter" which became a heavy favorite at earlier live shows. The band continues to perfect its unique style and sound while recording from a stockpile of original material.
