Dem Hipsters have been making noise around the underground scene for a while and are constantly working to get to the next level. This video was shot by fellow Cleveland representer Sircus Films, a nice visual to go along with a smooth, easy listening song.

The 4th annual Once Again Showcase will take place August 18, 2012 at the Agora Theater in Cleveland, Ohio. The line up has been announced. Artists from Julliard, Cleveland Heights Hall of Fame Inductees, Cleveland Cavaliers Announcers are all involved.
Once Again is a specific format of a concert showcasing artist and musical talent from Cleveland Heights High, Cleveland Heights OH. The talent are professionals, ranging from world-tourers to local acts. This year’s showcase will include signed recording artists from Chicago, New York and Atlanta plus over 20 artists! Once Again is meant to bring together the community showing a diverse range in musical and artistic talent, showing unity and family and focusing on quality.
With the idea of unity, quality talent and teamwork in mind, a variety of genres of music from Electro-Pop to Hip Hop to Alternative to Soul are taking place at these all created by Heights people events. All persons involved have the main focus of their love for Cleveland Heights and want to represent Cleveland with their musical talent.

The PHH GANG is a band of considered misfits that came together in the end of 2009. Known as the Purple Hearted Hipsters, they’re equipped with a universal sound that connects to many demographics. Dem Hipsters have perfected their diverse style of music. The growing underground artists/entrepreneurs are dedicated to bringing the entertainment industries a new sound, vision, and feel. Phailures & Blew is out now to download and another new release is lined up. These recognized trend setters have a flavorful style, creativity and distinct fashion sensibilities which prove them to be effortlessly cool. The Cleveland and Philly natives are a HipHop/Rap group who’s first mixtape entitled ‘Smokers Jacket’ dropped in 2009. With 5 mixtapes now released independently to date, they prove to be a force to be reckoned with!!

These recognized trendsetters are a fighting voice of the people. Dem Hipsters' fan base continues to expand rapidly due to their musical content. The PH Gang is able to relate to the people on so many levels because they are the people. Despite misconceptions Dem Hipsters are extremely knowledgeable about current events and the struggles of everyday life that may seem unavoidable. A group constructed using components that differ from one another in many ways would normally be chaotic. Somehow the PHH Gang has done what may seem impossible. In building an unbreakable bond between individuals from very contrasting walks of life, they have become a true force to be reckoned with. To become fully aware of something that may have otherwise been invisible to them is what motivates Dem Hipsters. These driven entrepreneurs/artists were categorized as misfits and by everyone they interacted with until they united. The so called gang of misfits banned together in November of 2009 & released their first project (Smokers Jacket) within 30 days.
With 7 mixtapes to date, including projects (I Am Sofa King) along with (DREAMS COME TRUE), a newly released E.P (Dem Hipsters Out The Blue!) and tons of sounds on the way; Dem Purple Hearted Hipsters plan on changing the game 4eva..
