"A Rapper's Delight (just Ignorant!)"

Ignorance is not bliss. Ignorance is a person blind to the reality they are creating. Jeremy Fosta Randolph, a bold artist, rhyming his knowledge and living his wisdom; a man creating his reality when every circumstance told him to live in ignorance. Who would have ever imagined a rapper with a Master’s degree? Jeremy did. He reimagined his life as a life he wanted; a life where he WOKE to the dream of possibility. It’s IGNORANCE that teaches us to separate ourselves from our dreams. To separate ourselves from each other. Ignorance can make the whole world blind. Jeremy’s story partners with the theme of Life Lessons Magazine: REIMAGINE YOURSELF. Life Lessons Magazine is highlighting what big media often fails to show us.

Life is different from what is consistently projected on to us through television, magazine and radio. Jeremy has an amazing story you must read! Sharing his grind to reach the top of his life through music shows that often times we fail to realize that everyone’s story has a lot of hustle and a lot of faith. Whether people tell it or not is up to them, but I was so thankful for the chance to review Randolph’s story and see how he evolved into the person he is.... an educated man who loves music; not stopping until he achieved his dream. Here is a video of his new hit single "It Is What It Is", now being played on radio stations across the U.S..

Beyond this simply being a very dope track, Jeremy’s feature "Perfect Timing or Perfect Grinding” tells exactly how he had to grind to get his name and fame. Talking about police chases, basketball life, and experiences on B.E.T. (Black Entertainment Television), the realness of the story is what makes it so amazing. It's about hustlin’ and grindin’ your way to the top despite all that happens to you on your way there. The setbacks and some of the serious injuries Jeremy experienced in the process are why you've got to read about it in our February 2016 issue.

My lesson learned from this... Never underestimate a good man down. Yes, it’s cliché’, but it's a lesson we can all learn from. When you read his story, you will see how Jeremy was profiled in his rise to the top of his career. And no, this isn't about "black rappers", instead, it's more about how we view people that mass media project as "just a rapper", when in fact, they are more than that. Rap began with conscious rhymes, a message elevating the person from the circumstances trying to keep them down, as well as delivering back to the community. And guess what? It's still happening... WE just don't see it. That’s why Life Lessons Magazine is here; to SHOW it, to SHARE it, to REIMAGINE the reality. Now we can see the greatness of who we are without validation from mass media. A rapper often uses more words in his lyric count than some of our so-called wise philosophers and poets, people such as Shakespeare. Their words have been heralded as great, so too are the words of our present day rappers, musicians, and artists. I really hope you check out the full story in our February Release. You can purchase a copy below. Big thanks to Mr. Jeremy Fosta870 Randolph for the feature. It was really a pleasure! - Chauncey Wyatt

Still working on that hot first release.
