Feeling a bit camera shy

A cacophony of styles and ideas, Music For Deaf People is two people who write music for four people and then play it with three people. With inspiration taken from 70s progressive rock, mid 80s funk, 90s stadium rock and pretty much everything between, we write music. Period.

Formed in 2012, we released our first album "Rabid Flowers" after a series of shows in our hometown. Open 11-Dark, our second full length, was written and recorded in the summer of 2013.

We separated to pursue post-secondary "enlightenment", and wrote/recorded our 3rd and most recent album in short bursts on exam breaks.

The new album is self-titled, and will be released in two parts, with the second half to be released December 2015.

After playing roughly 20 shows in the last three years, we're enjoying the casual performing lifestyle.
