"Atomic Cafe, Shrinking Violets, Natalie Fideler, & Mister Wes | LMR"

[Natalie Fideler] typifies the best kind of modern songwriter: exceptionally self-aware, willing to inject humor into what could be a morose situation, and capable of coming up with hooks for days. - Ear Coffee

"Women of Note: Natalie Fideler"

"The audience laughed more as they listened carefully to catch each clever comment. Woven into her wit, the power of her vocals were what really struck a chord with listeners." - Fargo Monthly

"Prairie Musicians: Natalie Fideler"

"Natalie Fideler is a fun-loving and talented alternative pop music composer and performer. Her light-hearted, jovial personality shines through in the songs of her EP "Steak & Eggs". Her stage presence is confident as she belts out the honesty of life." - Prairie Musicians

"Natalie Fideler on embracing a solo career and serving up her debut album, “Steak & Eggs”"

"Her songwriting combines her background in jazz guitar and love for music history jokes, as well as her admiration for pop icons like Liz Phair. The songs on Steak & Eggs are autobiographical, but they are also sprinkled with Natalie’s tongue-in-cheek sense of humor." - Pass The Mic

"Natalie Fideler Music and Interview"

Natalie Fideler joins Chris Cartwright in the studio to perform three original songs - My Type, Safety Blanket, and Kirkland Signature Lite Suffering. In between, Chris talks with her about the songs, her upcoming EP, her work as a composer, and her musical studies at Concordia College. - Prairie Public

"Review: Healing Power of Music offers solace"

"Fideler performed her song with raw and honest vocal quality supported only by her own piano playing. The piano was raucous and bopped around with Fideler’s own body as the entire audience couldn’t help but dance with her." - The Concordian

Bio

Natalie Fideler is the front-person of her self-titled power trio currently based in Minneapolis, MN. Her solo music career began in 2018 with the release of her debut album “Steak & Eggs” which features Natalie herself on all instruments and vocals. She now performs with a band consisting of herself as the songwriter on guitar, keyboards, and lead vocals, Hailey Jacobsen on bass, and Leigh Underwood on drums.

Natalie’s indie nerd-rock combines her love for composition and songwriting into catchy tunes that will leave you dancing and ripping your heart out at the same time. Her vulnerable lyrics transform each song into a story that speaks the truth of raw human experience, whether it be tongue in cheek or right on the nose. Natalie will be releasing her sophomore record “Three Man Army” on May 13th, 2022.

Wes Muilenburg of Ear Coffee described Natalie saying, “[She] typifies the best kind of modern songwriter: exceptionally self-aware, willing to inject humor into what could be a morose situation, and capable of coming up with hooks for days.”

Natalie’s most recent endeavors include receiving the LGBTQ+ Emerging Artist Award from the Music Forward Foundation to fund her upcoming record, selling-out her debut album release party, having her first record “Steak & Eggs” added to MNSpin, headlining the legendary 7th St Entry of First Avenue, performing in-studio TV and radio features with Prairie Public Broadcasting, KVSC, and KDSU, and getting regular airplay on radio stations such as 93X, The Current, and KFAI.
