Rose Island Band

The Rose Island Band brings together a devious mix of talents. Mya Rose
writes songs about islands and children and love and sings them with a
strong alto voice. Colin Ward's songs sound like folk-rock with a
rootsy twist and tell complete stories in 4 minutes or less. Add the
keyboard talents of Doug Willcox and the rhythm section of Bill Blough's
drums and Mark Mussett's reggae influenced bass, and you have a
powerful mix of rocking, rootsy songs. Throw in some familiar covers
