The Sunny Side

 The band was formed when Alex Robinson and Shana Briddock left their act as a duet behind to achieve a new sound.  The two vocalists are not only long time friends, they also hold a romantic relationship that has spanned over three years.  The first addition to the duo was viola player Jake Avery.  Alex met Jake in community college after he bummed a cigarette from Jake and began a conversation about their majors.  The drummer, Eddie Kurek was the next to join the band.  Eddie was a local musician who ran an at home recording studio in Lansdale Pa.  After recording their first cut of the song “Pass Me a Lightâ€? at Eddies studio, Eddie became a fan of their style and began jamming with the band.
