Bio
My name is Eva Sita, singer songwriter and producer, born in Ivory Coast, West Africa.
After moving to Paris, France in 2004 as a war refugee, I started producing beats for other people as I had lost confidence in my voice. After a traumatic family event, I dropped out of College and had to leave Paris. Going back to Abidjan 10 years later, singing grew back on me and after studying music at the conservatory, and got discovered and featured in several west african medias.
Classically trained in both the Piano and the Kora (a traditional African string instrument) I decided to take my musical career even further and auditioned for the prestigious Berklee College of Music in the United Stated. I got accepted and I am proud to say I am the first Ivorian female student of Berklee’s History. Since then, I pursue my studies, received the first big award of my career, performed in Latin America, Europe and all over USA…
