Sonicbids system will automatically notify a band when they are not chosen for a gig. Once your listing expires, everyone not awarded the gig will receive the following notification:
"We're writing to you to let you know that (band name) wasn't chosen for (opportunity name). The most common reasons that a band is not selected is that they are not the right fit for the specific opportunity or, in the case of a live gig, that the band doesn’t have enough demonstrated draw for the venue."
You have the option to change this default message to something more custom, should you desire.
In order to change the messaging for 'Considered and/or Not Selected' bands, please message our team right away by emailing listings@sonicbids.com at least 48-hrs before your Review By date.
Please note your 'Review By' date on your calendar & set an alarm when the listing goes live so you don't miss the deadline or we won't be able to change your messaging in time.
