Registered Members under the Age of Majority. We recognize that some of our Registered Members will be eligible to participate in a Sonicbids membership from the early ages of 13 through 19. Teen Band Members must have a parent or guardian to act on his/her behalf as a “Parental Representative”.
You are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use as a Parental Representative on behalf of a Teen Band Member if:
(i) You represent and warrant that you have authority to act on behalf of, and to bind this Teen Band Member and
(ii) for all purposes in this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use, the term “you” means the Teen Band Member on whose behalf you are acting.
Other Teen Band Members may be acting each on his or her own behalf. If you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use as a Teen Band Member, then we assume that you have parental consent to participate in our Services and otherwise use of our Site.
