Fedd The God

From personal experience I’ve found Pittsburgh to be one of the central hubs for creativity in hip-hop, at least since the mid-200s when I first began listening to the genre. As hip-hop continues to evolve in countless communities across the country and globe, Pittsburgh still has the same organic feel that keeps it unique. The authenticity that comes from the city has over time turned me into someone who almost automatically clicks on any budding artist that I see form there – which is what happened with Fedd The God. His latest track “Sore Loser” was dropped at the beginning of the month, and has been gaining incredible steam, especially with the help of the Pittsburgh faithful.

As this track grows larger, Fedd dropped a visual to the song at the perfect time. The video takes place in a high school, in which Fedd himself seems to have no regard for the rules and no problem in doing his own thing. Fedd seemingly runs the place, with homies and classmates following his every which move.

The Pittsburgh native has already sent a shockwave through his city with the track and the accompanying visual, and I only expect Fedd to continue to blow up across the hip-hop community. The raw, catchy vibe that is “Sore Loser” has amassed 8k + views on YouTube, and also is available for stream on Spotify. - Lyrical Lemonade (Jaxon Brown)

Fedd A.K.A Fedd The God has been surging in Pittsburgh lately and has just unveiled new visuals to his track, “Sore Loser” which is produced by Stevie B and the video is shot by Looney. Fedd comes on the track in a confident manner as it appeals to the style of the video and the content within the songs. Fedd has a pronounced delivery over a fairly traditional trap 808 which anchors the track as Fedd’s booming flow simply takes over. Fedd prances on the beat as he switches his tempo up and down and dabbles with the various features of the instrumental in a smart and playful way as if they are adlibs.

The video itself is evidently well planned out and took time to set up as it is set in a school and the first minute of the video is a skit. Fedd is flirting with a girl who assumes he is a freshman and then Fedd carries on to his class where he and his classmates disrespect the teacher and then basically throw a party in the school. The video is creatively executed and certainly adheres to the content, I can foresee Fedd making his mark in the city of Pittsburgh in the future. - Elevator (Jake Caramanno)
