Forget Conformity was formed in the summer of 2014 when drummer Jonathon Baker moved to Fort Worth and linked up with local musicians. They developed their sound over the first few years with other members before finding permanent lead vocalist Chris Edwards, and guitarist Andrew Bishop in 2016. In 2017, the final addition to the band was made by adding bassist Sam Boatner of Monsters Made Me. With this lineup they crafted a new sound ranging from a wide variety of influences such as Rush, Mastodon, Norma Jean, Iron Maiden, and many others and have used this eclectic mix to create something they feel is different. Ready to move forward the band released their full length album "Collapsing the Dynasty" in October of 2019.
