Bio
Winston Smigelski (GLYWAY) is a Melodic Bass and Midtempo DJ/Producer based in Kansas City, MO. Born and raised in Northeastern Michigan, their passion for music began with guitars at a young age, and evolved into the electronic bass sounds heard at festivals and clubs around the world. After honing their skills as a DJ and a producer, Smigelski launched their GLYWAY project in late 2019 with the release of their first single “Take Part”. After the release of three more singles ("Terrified", "Show You", "Cam - 019") published from South Korea throughout 2020, GLYWAY released their first EP, "Solitude" in May 2021. Most recently, they collaborated with vocalist Mike Summers to release their single "Cherry Blossom". Currently, their focus is centered on developing their sound and live show to deliver music with a meaning to the people who were meant to hear it.
