Bio
Producer and vocalist Jae Havoc combines a high energy show with an underground hip-hop message that speaks to everyday struggles. At its core, Jae's act is engaging and unpretentious, sometimes featuring video projection, live artwork, and various backing bands. Drawing from electronica, soul, and indie, Jae's beats have been featured on The Cobb Radio and in collaborations with Seattle producer Brakebill. He has shared the stage with acts such as Moxie, Doc Foxer, The Boot Rex, I Fuck God, Scarlet, and Trig, and has been featured at the BYOB Festival in Plum City, WI and at Summeroo in Rochester, MN. He cites his strongest influences as Atmosphere, P.O.S., Tupac, Blue Scholars, and Common Market. Jae has released 4 solo albums, and has been featured on two "American Music Presents!" sampler compilations.
