A cool chill is blowing in from the west coast. It’s the kind of breeze that induces lovers to cuddle, nudges lyricists to take note and delights in the underground grind that is independent music. 

Las Vegas based singer-songwriter Jarreau started his music career as a member of the church choir; this is where the seed to share his gift truly resonated. At age 9, he began writing and laying his own vocal tracks on a tape recorder. Fast-forward to today, Jarreau’s collaborations with various producers exude the passion and respect he developed for music at such an early age. Jarreau infuses his original works with variety, from hip-hop rooted R&B to the more demure neo-soul side of the spectrum. Alongside his lyrics, you may also hear his adept musicianship, as Jarreau composes many of his melodies by way of the keys, bass guitar, trombone, drums and saxophone. 

By inserting timeless energy and lyrics into his body of work, Jarreau’s intention is for his music to accompany his audience in various stages of their daily grind – classic pieces that evoke special memories ages beyond their debut.
