Bio

Georgia Country's Teen Artist of the Year!
Elected 2012's Favorite Country Artist at CountryAtlanta.
Texaco Country Showdown Local Winner in North GA.
Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival Band Playoff- 3rd Place

My name is Jordan Grassi. I am a singer songwriter from Canton, Georgia. My music is country with a twist of pop. If you were to ask who I sound like, others say I sound like the Dixie Chicks but I think I just sound like me!

I have performed at many festivals, shows and events. Venues that I have booked include Six Flags, Atlantic Station, Electric Cowboy, Tootsies, Wild Bills, Bluebird Cafe and Smiths Olde Bar. I play acoustic or full band.

In 2012, I recorded my first EP in Nashville w/ producer, Ben Sesar. Even more exciting- Ben and a few other members of Brad Paisley's band are playing on my EP!  I was recently signed to an independent label and am now working on recording my first full length album.

Please check out my videos. I do cover and/ or original songs and I get a great response from people of all ages.

Some of my accomplishments include winning Georgia Country's Teen Artist of the Year Award! My band and I recently won 3rd place in the Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival Band Playoff in Gatlinburg, TN and my band was a finalist in the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam where only 10 bands chosen in Georgia and only 50 chosen in the region.  I also won the 2012 Texaco Country Showdown Local Competition for North Georgia.  I was elected 2012's Favorite Country Artist at Country Atlanta. Several of my songs were elected "Song of the Month" and have aired on Atlanta's 94.9 The Bull's Radio Station. I was accepted into ASCAP's Country Songwriter's Workshop with Bonnie Baker in Nashville. I was also accepted into NSAI's advanced song camp for two years now, where I had the opportunity to work with top songwriters.

Come find me on facebook, twitter, reverbnation and youtube. Thank you ~ Jordan
