Kameron Brantley was named Sir Knight 2020 at the 53rd Beautillion awards presentation sponsored by the Social Lites Inc. of San Bernardino.
The event, normally held in person in the spring, was a virtual event held July 25 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Brantley, one of five graduating high school seniors who were candidates for the Sir Knight title, will attend Morehouse College in the fall.
He was awarded more than $6,500 in scholarships and gifts, including a $3,000 scholarship as Sir Knight, a $3,000 scholarship for participating in the Evan T. Carthen Emerging Leader essay contest, a $500 travel voucher and a laptop, according to a news release. - San Bernardino Sun
Alexander Mattison, a running back for the Minnesota Vikings who grew up in San Bernardino, offered the Husky students words of encouragement, talked about his “I AM Gifted” organization as a tool for promoting good, and answered questions at the school’s assembly in honor of Black History Month.
The assembly also included Kameron Brantley, a Program Leader with the afterschool program Think Together at Hughbanks Elementary School, performing an original song encouraging all students to be confident in themselves. - Inland Empire Community News

KAM is a 20 year old up and coming artist from the Inland Empire in California. KAM is widely known for having multiple songs with NFL star running back, Alexander Mattison for the Minnesota Vikings, who goes by Deuce909. KAM made his introduction to the Rap game with his debut project “Legal”. His short EP contained 8 songs and featured artists Deuce909 and Paul Douglas. His next EP “Called On” contained 10 songs and it highlighted some of the big plans he has for the rap game in the coming years. KAM continues to improve his craft and it was evident in his latest releases “Through the Grapevine”,“Gone Now”, and " STUCK" which have collectively reached over 15,000 streams on Spotify alone . The world is eager for KAM's highly anticipated debut album scheduled to release in summer of 2022, but until then they continue to have his available songs on repeat.
